1. Acceptance of Terms

By becoming a member of Plantain & Prosecco or accessing our platform ("The Avenue"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Membership

Membership is offered on an annual subscription basis at the Standard (£25/year) or Premium (£40/year) tier. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke membership at our discretion. Members must be at least 18 years of age and engaged in, or aspiring to, business activity.

3. Payments & Renewals

Membership fees are charged at the time of sign-up and upon annual renewal. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes. We do not offer refunds once a membership period has commenced, except where required by applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your payment details up to date.

4. Member Conduct

Members are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism and respect at all Plantain & Prosecco events and within The Avenue community. Any form of harassment, discrimination, fraudulent activity, or behaviour that brings the community into disrepute may result in immediate membership revocation without refund. Multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid scheme promotion is strictly prohibited.

5. The Avenue Directory

Members granted access to The Avenue may publish a business profile, products, and offers. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listing. We reserve the right to remove or edit listings that violate these terms or are deemed inappropriate. Listings must relate to a legitimate business activity and must not contain misleading claims.

6. Events

Event tickets are subject to separate terms provided at the point of purchase. Plantain & Prosecco reserves the right to change event details, cancel events, or refuse entry. Where an event is cancelled by us, a full refund of the ticket price will be provided. Member conduct at events is governed by Section 4 above.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including logos, images, text, and design, is owned by or licensed to Plantain & Prosecco (operated by Evolu-Sol). You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plantain & Prosecco and Evolu-Sol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the membership fee you paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify members by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
